Fact Finding
With the introductions out of the way, it's time to get to work. During this stage we review your current plan, gather information on the demographics of your company, and discuss the future of your company.
Plan Proposals
Based on the facts we find and your unique needs, we present a set of options and solutions that we think will best suit your company's needs.
Implementation
This is the stage where HGI, along with the insurance carrier, implement the chosen benefit plan. We will also coordinate an employee meeting to introduce the plan and give employees the opportunity to ask questions.
Annual Review
Prior to your plan renewal date, we discuss the proposed renewal with you and pro-actively look for better alternatives that might exist.
